The small parish of Warfield to the north of Bracknell
has expanded rapidly in the last few years, and now adjoins Bullbrook. |
Taragon Close is typical of the many small streets off
of Harvest Ride, the main ring road on the eastern side of modern
Warfield. |
The streets in this area are built on the land of a former
country house, which was latterly owned by the Met Office, and
used as a hostel for their employees. |
The area now has its own primary school, opposite these
properties in Westcotts Green. |
Whitegrove Copse is just a tiny part of the woodland that
was originally here - part of the estate of the country house
that once stood here. |
The modern brick houses continue all of the way around
Harvest Ride. Joseph Court is on the northern side of this area. |
