The small neighbourhood of Wooden Hill is to the south
of Great Hollands, on the western side of Bracknell. |
Despite being only a short distance from Great Hollands, the
wide open streets and large four and five bedroom houses give
Wooden Hill a completely different feel to most other parts of
Bracknell. |
The houses are typically arranged in small cul-de-sacs,
off a central road, making for a quiet area to live. |
Wooden Hill is one of the few neighbourhoods without its
own shopping centre. |
In common with many of the neighbourhoods, Wooden Hill
does have a primary school, in Staplehurst. |
There is also a large playing field at the southern end
of Wooden Hill, with a pavilion, tennis courts and childrens
play area. |
